Kim Benjamin Kimberly Benjamin is a trial lawyer and partner with her brother Chris Benjamin at the Benjamin Law Firm, LLC in Belton, Missouri, where she practices primarily in the area of criminal defense and personal injury for plaintiffs. Kim attended the University of Missouri-Columbia and then law school at the George Washington University Law School in Washington, DC. Since becoming a lawyer in 1996, she has participated in more than 60 jury trials, 100 bench trials and has handled hundreds of serious felonies, including over a dozen murder cases.
